Pricing questions

The small print.

Is it really a one-time payment? +

Yes. There's no subscription, no auto-renew. You pay once and Letters & Numbers stays unlocked on every device you sign into with that account.

How does the refund window work? +

Within 14 days of purchase, email us and we'll issue a full refund through Stripe — no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are evaluated case-by-case.

Can I use it on multiple Macs? +

Yes. Sign in with the same email on every Mac you want to play on. There's no device limit, no household quota, and no online check after the first sign-in (we cache a 30-day offline license).

Are taxes included? +

$14.99 USD is the headline price. US sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your state; Stripe calculates this automatically. Prices for non-US customers may show in your local currency.

What if I bought BabyBoard during the v1.0 beta? +

v1.0 was free; everyone keeps full access on v1.0 forever. v2.0 introduces the paid Letters & Numbers tier. If you upgrade to v2.0 from v1.0, you'll need to sign up to use the paid feature.

What payment methods are accepted? +

Whatever Stripe Checkout supports for your region — major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and country-specific methods (iDEAL, Bancontact, etc.). Card data never touches our servers.

Free to try — $14.99 to unlock.

Download BabyBoard, hand the laptop over, and decide later whether to upgrade.
