When you sign up, you get full access to every experience for 30 days — no card required, nothing automatically charges. When the trial ends, you'll need to choose Crawl or Walk to keep playing.

Experiences lock until you upgrade. You can buy Crawl ($14.99 once, Gaze + Shapes) or start Walk ($29.99/year, every experience). Your account and saved settings stay where they are; nothing is deleted.

We're adding new experiences for older toddlers as they grow — age 2, age 3 and up. The yearly price funds that work and keeps Walk subscribers automatically up to date. Cancel any time on the website; you keep access until the end of your paid year.

Every plan ships with the same gentle sound design — soft pentatonic tones for events plus a quiet ambient bed, designed to never startle or "kid-feel." The system is built to support different sound palettes, so the soundscape can grow alongside your child. Mute anytime by holding S while playing, or toggle play sounds and ambient sounds independently from the menu.

Yes. Sign in and start Walk any time — it unlocks every experience immediately. The Crawl purchase doesn't get refunded toward the subscription, so if you think you'll want everything, going straight to Walk is the cheaper path.

Within 14 days of purchase (Crawl) or your most recent renewal (Walk), email support@babyboard.app and we'll issue a full refund through Stripe — no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are evaluated case-by-case.

Yes. Sign in with the same email on every Mac you want to play on. There's no device limit, no household quota, and no online check after the first sign-in (we cache a 30-day offline license).

Whatever Stripe Checkout supports for your region — major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and country-specific methods (iDEAL, Bancontact, etc.). Card data never touches our servers.
